RECLAIM is an in-person workshop for people with anxious attachment who are tired of overthinking, people-pleasing, and losing themselves in relationships. You’ll learn how to regulate your nervous system, interrupt anxious patterns, and respond from self-trust instead of fear.

The RECLAIM framework is the heart of this work. Itʻs a step-by-step path to emotional sovereignty and grounded self-leadership.
You’ll learn to Recognize when your nervous system is activated and how to regulate it, Explore the beliefs and patterns that keep you stuck, and Connect & Communicate with the younger parts of yourself and the parts you’ve learned to suppress. You will then Listen to your body and inner truth, Accept your emotional experience with compassion, Identify your needs, boundaries, and values, and finally, Move forward in alignment.
Along the way, you’ll be guided through simple, powerful tools to regulate your nervous system in real time so you’re not just learning about emotional freedom, you’re practicing it in your body.
This isnʻt just mindset work. This work helps you feel the shift, not just understand it.

Begin by recognizing when you’re activated, triggered, or overwhelmed. This step is about cultivating awareness of your emotional and nervous system states so you can pause, rather than react. Without recognition, change isn’t possible.

Gently explore what’s beneath the surface: the emotions, stories, beliefs, and protective strategies that are showing up. This is where curiosity replaces judgment, and you begin to see your patterns with compassionate understanding.

Rebuild connection with the parts of you that have been ignored, rejected, or silenced, especially your inner child, your needs, and your body. Connection creates the internal safety required for lasting transformation.

Develop the skill of listening inward. This means attuning to your body’s wisdom, your intuitive voice, and the subtle cues that show you what’s true. Through tools like journaling, breath, and inner dialogue, you begin to hear yourself clearly.

Practice radical self-acceptance. Acceptance allows you to soften the inner resistance and meet yourself where you actually are, which creates the foundation for change.

Identify what you truly need, what boundaries are being crossed, what values you want to honor, and what choices are aligned with your truth. This step is about clarity so you can act from intention, not reaction.

This is where you learn how to take grounded, aligned action. Whether that’s communicating a need, setting a boundary, making a request, changing a habit, or simply choosing differently, this is where integration happens. You move from reactivity to intentional, conscious response and embodied leadership.

Weekly Group Coaching
Each week, we’ll meet for a 2-Hour deep dive (+90 minutes of teaching with 30 min Q&A) where I’ll walk you through a key piece of the RECLAIM framework. These sessions are a mix of teaching, real-life application, and grounded guidance to help you understand not just what to do but how to actually shift the way you feel and relate. The space for Q&A allows you to ask questions and get personal support in the moment.
After each session, you’ll receive a weekly practice + focused resources to help you integrate what you’re learning into daily life. These aren’t just extra worksheets, they’re tools designed to help you build emotional strength, regulate your nervous system, and keep you anchored between sessions.
Online Community
You’ll have access to the Anxious Attachment Rewired online community to deepen your practice and stay supported between sessions. Participation in the community is entirely optional, but highly recommended as it offers a powerful way to connect, share reflections, and feel supported in your process.
This isn’t about accountability pressure—it’s about having others in your corner. People who get what you’re moving through and are walking the path alongside you. Because real transformation happens in practice, connection, and community.
One Personal Coaching Session
After the course, you’ll have the option to book a free 30-minute 1:1 coaching session with me. This is a dedicated space to go deeper into your experience - what shifted, what still feels sticky, and where you want to go from here. Whether you're feeling clear or youʻre still untangling some of the harder knots, you’ll receive focused, compassionate support tailored to you.
Together, weʻll identify the strengths you’ve built, the patterns still at play, and craft a clear, doable path forward so you can continue your growth with confidence and clarity even after the group container ends.
This isn’t about theory—it’s about transformation. You’ll leave with tools you can use for life: to regulate your emotions, break free of anxious patterns, and create secure, healthy connections.

Here are some of the most common things people ask before joining. If you’re wondering about something that’s not covered here, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to talk it through with you.

FOR ONLINE GROUPS: Ideally you would be able to make the zoom meetings to get the most out of interacting in real time with the group, but if you canʻt, no problem. All sessions will be recorded and sent out within 24 hours, so you can watch at your own pace. You’ll still get access to all the tools, practices, and prompts even if you can’t make it live.

Plan for 2-hours in group each week for the live portion (or replay), plus optional time (approximately 1-3 hours per week) for additional reading, integration practices, journaling, or reflection. You’ll get the most from this if you engage consistently, but you get to choose your level of immersion so you won’t be overwhelmed.

Only if you want to. You’ll never be pressured to share more than you’re comfortable with. This is a space built on consent, choice, and nervous system safety. Your experience is yours to own and honor. If you do choose to share, your words will be held with confidentiality and compassion and without judgment. You get to decide what feels right for you.

Because this is a live, limited-capacity group experience with access to downloadable resources and recordings, all sales are final. That said, I care deeply about your experience. In person groups meet on Maui in Makawao. These sessions are not recorded. You are welcome to voice record these sessions if youʻd like. Online sessions will be held live on Zoom. You’ll receive the link and calendar invites once you sign up. You can join from anywhere with a stable internet connection, and replays will be available if you can’t make it live.
